And now the Administrator login and my login can not get some of the
subdirectories that I changed the permissions to.
When i went to change the permissions for this one directory for the group
everyone i got a message saying "Caution! Deny entries take prioity over
Allow Entries, which can cause unintented effects due to group memberships.
Do you want to continue?" i said yes because i was doing the group eveyone
and figured the Administrator was not included. however i am wrong. now
when i go to the directory i get this message directory "is not accessible.
Access is denied". however, the users can get into the directories that i
can not get into whether i am logged in as me or as the administrator.
I went back into the the permissions window and unchecked all the denied
boxes and still i can not get to those directories. i have no clue as to how
i can clear this up, does anyone have any ideas?
The directories are on a Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 4.
Thank you,
