True Random Number Generation

Suppose you believe in true randomness, or unpredictable numbers, how would you go about generating them? Time-seeded pseudo-random number generators aren't really interesting here. So looking at hardware sources, which commercially available hardware devices could be used here. Not necessarily ones meant for the purpose, but devices which could be put to the use.
