No really. what's the deal?
I can't think of anything more frustrating that "Sorry, we're very busy - please try later" followed by a hang-up. Worse because I was expecting an engineer at my hour 4 hours ago and I'd quite like to go outside ... grrrr.
Now I am just waiting for the 5pm call that he can't make it can I re-arrange for January. Sigh.
