Windows Vista Error 0x80070002 Problem

Looking for some suggestions in finding out what file is not found
when getting error Windows could not start the Windows Media Center
Receiver Service on Local Computer - 0x80070002: The system cannot
find the file specified. when starting ehrecvr.exe service. I also
get the message below when running a sc query command on the service:

C:\Windows\system32>sc query ehrecvr

SERVICE_NAME: ehrecvr
TYPE : 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
STATE : 1 STOPPED
WIN32_EXIT_CODE : -2147024894 (0x80070002)
SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
CHECKPOINT : 0x0
WAIT_HINT : 0x0

Any help is greatly appreciated!

were you ever able to get this resolved? I am having the same issue and I
have ran out of ideas..
