looking for diskspace traking utility

Hi,

I am looking for a utility that could track the historical development of my
harddisk.
I know "Treesize"... that's basically a nice tool, but lacks a historical
database.

"DiscScout" is pretty nice... but I wonder if there is anything else that I
could evaluate ?

here is some freeware I use from time to time...

http://www.jgoodies.com/


It can scan and store the data making it easy to do a comparison

Hi philo,

thanks for you hint.

Bascially, I am not fond of java... I the past I had too many compatibility
problems with different java runtime versions....

And as the developer's website states, there are some problems concerning
CPU and memory usage.And it is slow.
And I can not see that it works with remote drives using UNC and credentials
(essential for LAN usage...)

OK.. it is free. That's pretty fair for occasional home users I think.

But I will go for DiskScout... www.discScout.com

Well for my purposes, freeware is good enough :)
