Direct Upgrade Path from Windows2000Server SP4 to Storage Server R

Can file and print services currently running on Windows2000Server SP4 be
directly upgraded to Storage Server 2003 R2? If so, where are the upgrade
instructions? What issues could I expect to crop up and deal with in advance?

Windoes Storage Server isn't available as anything other than an OEM
product, as far as I know - and would not be an upgrade to a regular Windows
OS. You can certainly copy your file/print shares over to it using any
number of methods.
