It seems to turn off by itself every time I turn it back on or take it off
sleep mode. Is there a setting I have selected that's doing this or is there
another thing?

I know it can't be a spyware/virus/trojan because I run AVG Anti-Spyware,
Windows Live OneCare, and McAfee Security Center every day. I'm a little
confused on why it's doing this, though.

Re: I have a problem with my Firewall

Windows Live OneCare has it's own version of the firewall, and will
automatically turn off Windows native firewall.

Open up the Security Center in the Control Panel and see what the firewall
status is. Probably Windows LiveCare is turning off the Vista firewall.
