Do McAfee Internet Security 2008 and Webrook Antivirus with Antispyware if
both of them are installed at the same time work well with Windows Vista
Ultimate?

I have Webrook installed already and will like to install McAfee as a backup
or as a second antivirus program.

Thanks in advance.

Webrook or Webroot? Either way the rule of thumb is never to have more than
1 anti-virus installed otherwise they will probably interact and cause
malfunctions or false detections, or worse, fail to detect. Same goes for
firewalls.
McAfee's compatibility list is here:
http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=107064&lc=1033&partner=10005&type=TS
and while that indicates that you shouldn't have certain programmes on
board, I've found that you can and should use extra anti-spyware tools.
McAfee Forum is here: http://community.mcafee.com/ and we recommend some
anti-spyware applications here:

I've never heard of Webrook, but it is a bad idea to run two antiviruses
at the same time in any case. And McAfee is, along with Norton, one of
the very worst choices you could make. So no, this would not be a good
plan for you.
