I am setting up a client with a SBS 2003 DC and a 2003 Standard R2 server as
a terminal server. Can the SBS 2003 act as the terminal license server for
the R2? I know terminal server, per se, won't run on SBS but was curious
about the licensing server.

thanks,

Yes, that's no problem.
