Outlook Error 0x80040119

Getting Send/Recieve error 0x80040119 on TS clients using Outlook. Local
logins with same accounts work fine. Did some research and found KB article
pointing to PST files being corrupt but these are exchange users with Cached
Mode disabled. Any ideas?

You might want to try the exchange newsgroup
(microsoft.public.exchange.admin).
