Drawing in title bar

How can you draw inside the Title bar of a windows form (thinking Vista here) and still keep the min/max/close buttons from C# / C++

For overview, I'm thinking of drawing a custom app-icon style thing, simmilar to the Office2007 office-button-thing.

Any "proofs of concept" would be appreciated
