Hi,

we have some "Windows 2003 Terminal Server Per Device CAL Token" installed
on a server that we have planned to dispose. What is the way to "trasfer"
those license to a new server?

Contact the MS Clearing House and they will help reissue the licenses.
Be sure to have the order information. Also, the new server will have to
be rebooted after the license server is installed, activated and
licenses installed.

Re: Moving terminal server license

Steps:
1. Install new TSLS (License Server) on a different machine and Activate it
2. Call Microsoft Clearinghouse, they will reissue you licenses; Make sure
you have all paper work related to purchase of licenses
3. Now you can install re-issued licenses on new License Server
4. Make sure yous TS (Terminal Servers) are able to discovery new TSLS
(License Server)
5. Uninstall the old License Server
