microsoft.public.windows.vista.general, like
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, where you are now, is not really a
web site, but is a newsgroup.
You are participating in this newsgroup by using the awful web
interface to it, and that's the slowest, clunkiest, most error-prone
method there is. Do yourself a favor and switch to a newsreader, such
as Outlook Express, which comes with Windows XP. See
