I often send an e-mail to multiple recipients. I dont want them to see to
whom I have sent it also, just that specific recipient's name must appear in
the "To:" subject
.. How do I set it up in Outlook express and in Office Outlook. Please help!

You want to BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) your recipients.

To do this in Outlook 2007 open a new message, click options then click
Show BCC
In Office 2003 Click the view button then BCC

Normal way is to send it to: yourself, BCC to everyone else. That doesn't
answer your question on how to have the recipients name in the to:.
I believe that is not possible in Vista mail. You will not be able to use
Outlook Express in Vista. If you want help with Outlook Express try a XP
news group. (I am pretty sure that OE also will not do what you want). I
have no experience with Outlook, hopefully someone can let you know if it
will do what you want. I suspect you will need a third party program for
this.

The normal way to do this, in *any* E-mail client, is to send the
message to yourself, and include the list of recipients in the BCC
(blind carbon copy) field.
