Dell Laser 1720dn on TS

Hi,
I have several printers up and working on TS, but I have a couple of users
who bought Dell LaserPrinter 1720dn's, and when I installed the driver on the
TS server, it didn't show up in the printers and faxes box. My users are
saying that printer doesn't show up when they log into TS. Can you not use
this printer? Is there a way to make it work?

Hi all,

I fixed it. I tried to install from the CD, and I guess even though it
installed, since it's a personal laser, I guess the CD didn't support Win
2003 server. I went out to Dell's web site, downloaded the driver for Win
2003 server, and it works now.
