Screen Blank after reboot

I have a win2003 server running Citrix. I have a script that performs the
tssshutdown /restart command on the server overnight each night which has
been working great for years. Now when the server reboots the screen is
completely blank or just shows a green background and you can get the login
prompt to appear by hitting the 'ctrl-alt-del' keys but the server does not
accept Ica/rdp connections. Once I restart the server from the menu it works
properly again. Is this a known issue from a patch? Any help appreciated to
diagnose the issue.

Re: Screen Blank after reboot

Sounds like the server never really goes down.
Which SP are you running?
Have you made sure in your script that you first reset all
sessions?

I have not. What is the command for that?
