Thanks for the reply. You've confirmed one of the doubts I had about the
capability of using the smart card that's attacthed to a TS server machine.
Thanks for clarifying that. However, I have one more question. I've run some
tests to analyze the behavior of the smart card in the TS session. It's true
that you can only detect the smart card that's locally attached in the TS
session. However, when I use mstsc /console option, I can't detect either
side of the smart card, even with a smart card redirection. It seems that the
console tries to detect the smart card that's attached to a TS server machine
but since it's within a terminal session, it fails. The log file generated
from the server side at the time when I established a RDP /console connection
also showed that the smart card service manager shut down.
