I am pleased to see other people have had this problem with Roxio. I went to
play an old CD that was burned on Creator V6 and foolishly agreed to install
updates when asked, thinking that Vista was providing the updates. I have
completely removed the Roxio software but the incompatability balloon still
appears every time I start my PC. I have followed the guidance given
previosly re KB929427 but that number does not appear on my list, although
there are some other KB 929 numbers present. Any further ideas as to how I
can remove this irritating message
