ProData.DoctorKeylogger

whenever I run Spybot search and destroy I get the entry
ProData.DoctorKeylogger, what is it and what program is installing it? I try
to get rid of it but it comes back after every reboot. Is it harmful? I
cannot find any reliable info on this even from google.

Someone (parents?, spouse?, boss?) is spying on you...
It seems to be a regular program, and not a virus, so it must be uninstall
able (by someone).
