Which security zone shows then? You may have to use a Mark of the Web
comment to make sure that your Homepage shows the Internet zone instead.
BTW that's a guess. I don't use Vista but I have read that it makes IE7
more restrictive like that.
Hmm... a quick search on that tack shows that IE7s Protected Mode
would be another significant difference to think about as a possible cause.
I know even less about that feature of Vista. ; }
Cross-posting to Vista Security in case someone there has a better
handle on those differences or any other cause for your symptom.
