We have a point of sale system that uses a on-line credit application system.

I need to add this site to the TRUSTED sites for ALL users. I know I can log
onto each account individually and set it up in the IE settings for that
users - is there a global setting I can make ? The trusted web site also
downloads a file which I need to allow WITHOUT prompting the user to download.

Re: Global Trusted WEB site

You can do this with a Group Policy.

User Configuration - Windows Settings - Internet Explorer Maintenance
- Security zones and Content ratings
