the UDP and TCP port 3389 on firewall. and still users can not connect?
Please help and which other ports I need to open?

I am guessing that you are using NAT.

If so, you may need a 1 to 1 rule in your firewall to the
TS server.

Also, is the correct gateway setup on the TS server?

Yes. I can even telnet "publicIP ot TS" 3389 inside office
I just can not telnet "publicIP ot TS" 3389 from internet also open tcp 3389
and udp 3389, right?

Thanks.

Does your firewall log show the TS service being allowed through?

Also, do you have the Windows Firewall enabled?

You may have Remote Desktop only allowed for local network instead
of ALL networks.
