Re: Games worked before, why not now?
I have fixed it with 8.1 ATI driver that included Steam. Steam must have been
left out on the file transfer.
I replaced the failing HD with a greater HD but with a new location
designation, so I reloaded XP X64 from scratch. This is where the Steam files
must have gotten droped.
