windows ce platform builder

been going nuts trying to figure this out. i have sucessfuly created an os image and now cannot get to device, it gives the options to use serial ethernet or emulator, the only way to access my device is usb, device is generic handheld runing ce 5.0 with a samsung arm processor any help on getting image to install on device helps
