Hello all,
I have a windows virtual dedicated server hosted at Godaddy with Plesk
8.1.1.
I understand that with the assisted plan with Godaddy, they install
Mail Enable which provides various features from the Plesk control
panel to set up web access. We have installed mail enable on our
server, but Plesk still does not provide that option as an active
feature.
Navigation within Plesk Client (Clients --> [Client Name] --> [Domain]
--> Mail --> Mail Preferences)
The Webmail check box is grayed out and says "Component was not
installed" (See screen shot here -->

It would be nice to use Plesk to configure the Mail Enable and spam
filter settings. Any help or info would be much appreciated.
