This is frustrating as heck...
We have a few users that are on dial-up from their home location. From time
to time I have to remote control their sessions to look at something that is
going on etc...
When I remote control one of these sessions, it is as slow for me as it is
them (screen refreshing etc...) which is very annoying. Is there any way to
get around this? It seems very odd that I too should be faced with a
sluggish session when I am controlling a session that is running on my local
server! (which is about 20ft away from me!!)
Help!
Thanks, Brad
