I am building an animated web page and I get the following message in the
information bar when I try to open it, "Restricted running of scripts or
active - X controls". I made the two chages that the" help" suggested
(Enable Automatic promting of downloads and enable automatic prompting for
ActiveX controls) and still have the problem
