x10 module error

Upon a start-up I get an x10 module error message telling me that the module
will be closed & then I can't run my home automation software based on this
module.
How to fix this?

What operating system are you using? Have you determined whether or not
there are 64-bit drivers for your OS?

Windows XP Professional. No, I don't know about 64-bit drivers.
