Cannot Rename user folders

Dear Mdm/Sir,

I've login as administrator and try to rename the user Profile folders at
Document & Settings. The system prompt me access deined.

May I know how to solve this problem ?

Right click on the folders and click on Properties > Security and grant
yourself (or the Administrator group) necessary permissions to do the
renaming. You do realize that if you rename the user profile folders
you will also have to change the users' ProfileImagePath in the
registry? Why are you wanting to rename these folders? Which folders
do you want to rename?

Because the user cannot use URL link at his Microsoft Outlook 2003, MS
outlook prompt him that it was restricted.

But I notice other user don't have this problem, so I would to rename his
old profile. then let him log in again the system will create a new profile
folder for him to do a test.
