To get more info, check the EventLog to see if it mentions the
offending driver (if it's a faulty driver, but that would be my
first guess). Or configure the server to *not* reboot but HALT on a
critical error, that might list the driver on the blue screen.
Are you running any Anti-virus software on the server? If so, I
would start by completely disabling this and see if that helps.
