Hi all,
We currrently have a win 2000 Server with 25 TS Licenses on it.

I'd like to add a second server, with an additional 25 Licenses on it, and
have a 2003 Server I'd like to use for this.
I tried to research what I would have to do , and am very confused. Can the
2000 and 2003 servers co-exist with 25 Licenses each , or do I have to
upgrade my existing 2000 server to 2003 and upgrade my 2000 TS Licemces to
2003 ? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you can have a W2K and a 2003 Terminal Server co-existing with
each other in the same network.
Make sure that both servers also run the TS Licensing Service and
that both TS are configured to use the LS on the same server.
But it wouldn't hurt to plan an upgrade of the W2K TS to 2003 :-)

Personally, I would consolidate the TS Licensing Server role to run
on the 2003 server. A 2003 LS can handle both W2K and 2003 TS CALs.

Note that if you want all users to connect to both Terminal
Servers, they all will need 2003 TS CALs. You cannot use W2K TS
CALs to connect to a 2003 TS.
