We are running Terminal Server 2000. We have a VLAN connection from
another office and they RDP to the server. Everyone can access their
programs just fine. One person in particular is having an
exceptionally hard time accessing programs on the server. She is
experience higher latency than anyone else connected (ie applications
freezing, trouble printing). What could be the cause of this?

Could you please explain in more detail, what the trouble is in printing
over the remote session? Are the printers not redirected ? Or is the print
job stuck in the queue while printing?
