Multi-Tray Printing

Networked HP 8350 with 4 trays. Tray 3 & 4 do not show up when connected by
Remote Desktop Top. Have this same problem with other printer models, Xerox
and Lexmark.

I hope others have a better solution.

On the TS, login with admin credentials and add the paper trays to the
users printer. Have them stay logged in for 2 minutes and then
re-login. The printer trays should still be there.
