On a Windows 2003 SP1 Terminal Server, I have installed an application.
Before installation, I used the "change user /install" command. After
installation, I used "change user /execute." The application connects to a
repository on a remote SQL server for authentication.
The problem is user log in fails if the server is in excecute mode. If I
change it back to install mode they are able to log in. We have tested
multiple times with the same credentials so it's not a case of mistyping. I
have also tried reinstalling using Add/Remove Programs but the the result is
the same.
