I'll get her to do that on Monday. I'll also get her to try from a different
workstation for the sake of thoroughness.
However, from your reply, I'm not sure I've explained the situation
properly.
In TS she can see the 3 lasers under Printers & Faxes (also Microsoft Office
Document and Microsoft XPS Document Writer). She can print to any laser from
Excel and from Word etc.
In Access no printers are visible at all. Consequently, she can't even
preview a report. Neither can she open a report in design mode. Data
entry/edit is fine whether using a form or directly in the table. She can
print (mail merge) envelopes using the access database as the source for the
names & addresses.
I can logon as her remotely and I have exactly the same situation so it
seems workstation independent.
I suspect this is somehow an Access issue and not a TS problem but cannot
rule TS out entirely.
