Hi all,

I've a Windows 2003 SP2 with terminal services. One client (with Windows
Vista) access the terminal server but its default printer doesn't be mapped,
this is what I see in the eventlog:

driver for HP LaserJet 4345 mfp PCL 5 required for printer HP LaserJet 4345
mfp PCL 5 is unknown.

but in my terminal server -> printer & fax -> server properties I've
installed that driver! It is correctly shown in the installed drivers list.

RE: Print trouble (can't locate driver)

Does the driver have the "exact" same name?

You also need to be sure that the drivers are an exact match as well!
