Need Backup Software That Encrypts

An inhouse security teams just reviewed our secuirty policies. On our
closed (no Internet access) medication dispensing network) network they
didn't like the fact I was using Windows Back Up program. They told me me I
need to use a backup program that encrypts. It need to back up a 290MB and
growing Access DB file daily.

Any half decent backup app can use encryption, even free ones, Handybackup,
Genie, to name but two
