I don't have enough information to help you, and I don't think I understand
the scenario... Here are some more questions from me:
Where is this error coming from? What component is giving the error?
What applications are the users running?
When does this happen? Upon logon, are they copying profiles?
Have you looked at perfmon or machine resources?
