1: Open Windows Explorer>>Tools>>Folder Options>>View>>Remember Each
Folder's View Settings should be CHECKED.
2. <My understanding is that you are talking about the Explorer in Share
Point>
In order to enable it you have to enter your name into the list of USERS for
this app. It is better to enter your name in the most general overarching
folder (but not too general to include other programs).
Folder>>Right Click>>Properties>>Security>>Edit>>Add>>Add your name as you
enter it while signing in. Give yourselves FULL control. click Apply. close
the box.
I think problem #3 will take care of itself once you fixed #1.
