I just acquired a TrackIR 4 Pro, a cool little device that allows you to use your head to control the in-game camera in many games, including Flight Simulator (which is what I bought it for).

It works like this:*a tiny little device (a bit smaller than your typical webcam) sits on top of your monitor and tracks three infrared reflections from a thing which you wear (I've attached it to a baseball cap, which is the suggested method, although you could also attach it to e.g. a headset). The result is awesome. It tracks all ways in which you can move your head: yaw, pitch, roll, left/right and up/down. A small movement of your real head can create a large movement of the "game head", which is completely configurable as well.

In this video*I fly a traffic pattern in Flight Simulator using the TrackIR. It only really shows yaw and pitch but let me assure you that if I move my head forward, the view moves forward, and that if I were to tilt my head, the view would tilt, even though I don't do that in the video.

It gives you a little bit of motion sickness at first when using it*but you soon get used to it.
