I keep getting the following problem:

This problem was caused by ATI External Event Utility. ATI External Event
Utility was created by ATI Technologies, Inc..

Solution

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A newer version of ATI External Event Utility is available for download that
will address this problem. ATI Technologies, Inc. recommends updating to the
latest version of ATI External Event Utility to take advantage of security
and stability improvements.

Go to the ATI Technologies, Inc. website and install the latest version of
ATI External Event Utility:

ATI Technologies, Inc.

What does it mean & how do I sort it out please

Go to the ATI Support download page, pick your operative system and graphics
card (look at the stickers on the computer, or in the manual), then download
and install the Catalyst software/driver:

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

I recommend you stay away from version 8.1, it's buggy. There is a link to
the previous 7.x versions.
