Windows 2000 Server Disk Manager volume mirroring - 1 Terabyte volume mirror limit ?
Hello
We have been unable to mirror either of our two gigantic PST volumes
on our Windows 2000 SP4 server using the
native Windows 2000 Disk Manager application since these volumes have
have recently been increased in size to over 1 TeraByte. This Windows
2000 File Server accesses it's disk array units from a SAN. We ARE
able to mirror several volumes on this same Windows 2000 Server that
are in the 700 GB to 850 GB volume size.
My question is, is there a 1 TB volume limit in the native Windows
2000 Disk Manager for mirroring ?
I have been unable to glean any relevant information on this
particular topic from the Microsoft site or the Internet.
Any help would be much appreciated.
