Move Terminal Server License Server (2003) to another 2003 Server

Hi Community ;-),

I must move our Terminal Server License Server (Windows 2003 DC) to another
Windows 2003 DC, because i want to demote the first DC.

Which way is possible? I didn't find any information about the migration or
the movement.
