Licenses not showing as being issued!

Sorry, I did post this question in another post but its gone way down the
list...

I've managed to successfully transfer TS Licenses from an old Windows 2003
server to a new Windows 2003 server but I'm a little worried because in the
Terminal Services Licensing Manager console none of the licenses are showing
up as being issued!

When I log in to a thin client or a Citrix client nothing is displayed in
the "Issued To" box in Terminal Services Licensing Manager by the
corresponding license type, even with the temp licenses.

All the licenses are per device and showing as activated. I've also got the
terminal servers to correctly find the new license server.

Any ideas as to why this is happening and how I can sort it out? Have I
transferred the licenses correctly?

You have transferred Licenses correctly.
Issued Licenses does not get transferred from one License Server to another
License Server.

That’s why you are not seeing any issued Licenses in new License Server.
Once old License expires, your new License Server will re-issue them
license, then it will be visible on new License Server
