Computer Not Showing up in My Network Places

I am getting a problem Computer Not Showing up in My Network Places. This
issue available in all clients and servers of the domains. All servers are
running windows server 2003 server and all clients running widows XP. My
windows domain controller policy is:

Domain Controllerhide
Policy Setting
Domain controller: LDAP server signing requirements None

Domain Memberhide
Policy Setting
Domain member: Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel data (always) Enabled

Microsoft Network Clienthide
Policy Setting
Microsoft network client: Digitally sign communications (if server agrees)
Enabled

Microsoft Network Serverhide
Policy Setting
Microsoft network server: Digitally sign communications (always) Disabled
Microsoft network server: Digitally sign communications (if client agrees)
Enabled

Network Securityhide
Policy Setting
Network security: LAN Manager authentication level Send LM & NTLM - use
NTLMv2 session security if negotiated


Any one guide me
