NTFS security permissions question - This reminds me of the old NT 4.0 exams

I have a root folder named IT - It has Full access based on an AD IT group

I need to provide a user full access to subfolder of IT named Cisco. This
user does not belong to the AD IT Group. How do I provide the permissions.

RE: NTFS Permission

You can assign the permissions to the Cisco subfolder and that user/group can
go there using a shortcut but not be able to browse to it by drilling down
through folders. My solution was to share out the Cisco folder separately.
I organized all such shares under a DFS root.
