Hi,

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to TS so forgive me if this is
obvious.

I have a Word document on my TS server that I want people to be able
to access and edit.

Is there a way I can send them a link (in an email) that when clicked
will run RDP on their computer and log then in to TS with that file
running?

Or is there a better way of doing something like this (it doesn't have
to be TS).

Thanks.

Re: open a specific file on launch?

Hello,

You can specify an application to open upon connecting, the detailed
instructions are here:
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windo...8293-4d77-9808-22d4e48d16381033.mspx?mfr=true.
I am not sure that having all users connect to the same document works
though, because there is no good way to manage conflicts.

Thx. Alice
