I am not sure which newsgroup I should post this to so I am trying both
..terminal.services and .outlook.installation. Sorry for the cross-posting.

I have a Windows 2003 R2 Small Business Server as a Domain controller and a
Windows Server 2003 R2 running Terminal Service as an Application Server
connected to the Domain. I have installed Access 2007 Runtime and Outlook
2007 on the TS.

I have an Access 2007 database that is run by many Users, none of which have
mailboxes on the SBS Exchange Server. They connect to the SBS using Remote
Web Workplace, authenticate to the server, then connect to the Terminal
server using RDC 6.1. The only reason I installed Outlook 2007 was so that I
could eMail reports from Access to the User (using the SendObject method).
What I want to do is set up Outlook with one permanent account which has a
mailbox in Exchange and send all User eMail from that one account. The Users
are not able to run Outlook.

At the moment, it looks like Outlook needs to have a mailbox, or at least a
profile for every User, which we are not willing to do. I know I can use CDO
but the problem there is that I will need a heck of a lot more code to a)
create a report as a PDF, b)find it, and c)attach it to the message whereas
Outlook, with the Send as PDF Add-In is exactly what I need.

Can Outlook be configured to send multiple Users through one mailbox?

Thank you for your wisdom.

Rick
