Hello,

I currently have a terminal server that has some licenses. I plan to
reformat the server but I want to transfer the 2003 TS licenses from that
server to our new server first. Is there a way to do that or do I need to
call MS?

Thanks

If I remember correctly from when I did that you get the new server
setup and then you have to call Microsoft and get the new server
authorized - or whatever the term is.

You'll have to get your licenses re-issued. Make sure that you have
all the paperwork (licensepack numbers, licensing agreement) at
hand before your call the Clearinghouse.

How do I move my TS licenses to a new TS Licensing Server?
