This is puzzling me quite a bit and I cannot readily find an
answer....I can initiate a terminal services session from a local LAN
computer to the terminal server if I specify the internal IP address
of the terminal server. However, if I try to connect to the same
terminal server using the external IP address, I receive the following
error message: "To log on to this computer, you must be granted the
Allow log on through Terminal Services right....." Any ideas?
Thanks.

Please make sure you have proper users added to the Remote Desktop users
group. This group is on the server itself and also on the domain.
